The A-1 crew, that's everyone from the owner to the installers, was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and did an excellent job getting us out of our dinosaur HVAC unit and into a new air experience. I had not been happy with the customer service of the competitors; but, had a drastically different experience with A-1. They went out of their way to fix long standing issues in our whole air system that others had ignored. I am so glad I was guided to call them and it worked out beautifully!

Juan was courteous and professional. He completed the work in a timely manner.

I was pleased that Juan left a voicemail message announcing his pending arrival, arrived in the time range promised, completed his service checklist, then cleaned the coils and removed pad level debris from the outside unit. When I if Juan could add anti-rust tablets to the condenser pan, he said he could add them for a specific price, then did so. However, before leaving, he informed me that my out of pocket cost was actually less due to this being a prepaid service call.

Ash arrived on time and was cheerful and professional. She completed her maintenance check in a timely manner and gave a good verbal explanation on the status of my heating system. She answered questions I had in a manner easy to understand.
