I appreciate the way Josh handled our repair. We have been experiencing problems ever since it was installed. Twice due to zip ties that should have been cut when installed. We have put more money into this system than we should have and several times due to the installer. I appreciate the way Josh and A-1 did their best to make it right. My heat pump went out twice in 72 hours during the extremely cold weather. Matt got it running again,took the time to research the history of problems and arranged for a warranty replacement of the heating unit. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing.
