The project, in a 40+yr old home, involved replacing and sealing crawl space ductwork and repairing attic ductwork . Josh, Tommy, and Mac-for 2 full days, worked very hard, were considerate, polite, and took pride in their work, which was warranted. They explained much of what they were doing and alerted me to other things that they noticed. From this experience, I plan to use this company again for they offer other services as well.

I cannot say enough on how excited I am to get my air unit serviced by A-1 Certified Service!!! The unit has not been serviced once since installing in 2013. This is 2019!! It needed some service bad!! Michelle, the owner, was very polite and knowledgeable, as well as explained what needed to be done in layman’s terms. Which I appreciated! I had the air ducts under the house resealed with up to date sealant. As well as all the air vents inside the house sealed to prevent air loss-I never realized that this was needed!!! It totally makes sense. My outside unit was cleaned and maintained which had quite a bit of debris surrounding it from the years. Once Josh and Tyler cleaned it off, it looked like a new unit!! Last but not least.....Josh and Tyler, MILITARY VETS...THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!!!....were very polite and well-mannered service men who took the time to show me what they had found and explained exactly what they would be doing to correct the issues of air-loss. They were eager to get to work and make a difference in my house. I’m sitting here right now in my living room and can feel a difference already in the air flow. A-1 Certified Services has not only made a difference in the quality of airflow thru my home but they have made a difference in the quality of life that my family and I breath. And knowing this comes with a team that not only understands what they are working on but also listens to my concerns and thoughts....well, that makes a huge difference in my heart.
